Reprocessing faster, better and cheaper
The MELAstore system is an innovative loading system that saves time and money in instrument reprocessing and increases the quality of reprocessing. The MELAstore system consists of a combination of wash trays (MELAstore Tray) and sterilisation containers (MELAstore Box), which are ideally matched to each other. The instruments are placed directly in the same MELAstore trays, which are then placed in the matching MELAtherm holding racks.
Then the instruments are cleaned and disinfected in the MELAtherm. The MELAstore trays are then placed in the matching MELAstore box, which means that the packaging process is already complete and the autoclave can be loaded with the MELAstore boxes. Up to 30 minutes are saved per reprocessing cycle compared to packaging in sterilisation packs and sealing individual instruments. The MELAstore system not only saves time, material and money, the safe storage protects the instruments from damage and the practice team from injury.
