MELAcontrol Type 5 Indicator

Indicator according to EN ISO 11140-1 for checking the sterilisation conditions (steam, temperature and time).
The indicator can be added to packaged instruments (e.g. in MELAfol, MELAstore) or placed directly in the chamber.
If the sterilisation conditions are observed, the indicator turns over after 16.5 min at 121 °C or after 3,5 min at 134 °C. The ready-to-use indicator is for single use and is supplied in a practical box with 250 indicator strips.

Indicator according to EN ISO 11140-1 for checking the sterilisation conditions (steam, temperature and time).
The indicator can be added to packaged instruments (e.g. in MELAfol, MELAstore) or placed directly in the chamber.
If the sterilisation conditions are observed, the indicator turns over after 16.5 min at 121 °C or after 5.3 min at 134 °C. The ready-to-use indicator is for single use and is supplied in a practical box with 250 indicator strips.

The indicator can be added to packaged instruments (e.g. in MELAfol, MELAstore) or placed directly on the tray in the kettle.

Please start a sterilisation programme. The indicator is suitable for checking the sterilisation result at 121 °C and 134 °C.

When the sterilisation programme is finished, please remove the MELAcontrol Type 5 indicator. CAUTION: The load and indicator may be hot.

After a successful colour change from yellow to black, the colour of the indicator no longer changes. This ensures complete documentation security.

Document the result with date, name and lot number either directly on the test strip, on a separate documentation sheet or in a software solution.
