We have the Careclave and are absolutely delighted with it.

The careclave has now been in the reprocessing room for 6 months and has to complete 13 to 15 cycles a day. A highlight in every sterile room.

We, Dr Fleischmann and Dr Goldmann, have been using Careclave in our joint orthodontic practice since day one. The device looks like an autoclave, but can do so much more: with the Carebox attached, our hollow dental instruments can be cleaned, disinfected and cared for in just 20 minutes.

My dental practice in Turin relies entirely on the MELAG "Made in Germany" chain for instrument reprocessing. At the centre of this is our new Careclave for reprocessing our straight and contra-angle handpieces. Cleaning and care are excellent.

Initially, we had concerns about how we could integrate the device into our practice workflow in a meaningful way. However, MELAG sales representative Patrick Weiss took a lot of time for us and went through every step with us. As a result, we now feel very confident in using Careclave and can confidently implement the reprocessing process in our everyday practice.

Load the Carebox, hang it up and start the programme - sounds almost too simple to be true. But Careclave has noticeably optimised our hygiene workflow: to protect our patients and instruments and, last but not least, to relieve our team in everyday practice work.

The cleaning, disinfection and oil care of straight and contra-angle handpieces can be very time-consuming. With the Careclave, we have found a solution that allows us to master this challenge in a space-saving and significantly more efficient way. We also benefit from reduced service and maintenance costs compared to DACs and autoclaves.

Compared to individual solutions, the Careclave requires significantly less space on the reprocessing line. Instead of having to maintain several devices, we only have a single system - this saves effort, time and costs. What is particularly impressive is that we can reprocess up to 8 contra-angle handpieces at the same time and also carry out collet maintenance directly in the device.

All in all, a very successful product from MELAG, which reliably accompanies us in our day-to-day work and has proven to be a real support.
